Q: How much do services cost?
A: The price depends on size and complexity of a project.
For design We charge a price per s.f. of floor area.
For Design/Build The price would be a percentage of total project construction cost.

Q: How do you charge for Design services?
A: First we will have a no cost meeting to discuss design intentions. If we agree to start the design process then 25% of total agreed price will be needed as down payment. We will start preliminary design floor plans and elevations. We will work very closely with you on the preliminary design phase. Once an accepted design has been reached, an additional 25% of total agreed price will be due. We will start construction Documents (detailed drawings for permits that a construction team can follow). Once the construction Documents are completed and satisfies your needs, The remaining 50% of total agreed price will be due. The price will be based on a price per s.f. of building area to be drawn. Starting at $1.25 per s.f. and up depending on project size and complexity.

Q: How do you charge for Design/Build services?
A: Same as Design services, but you will only need to pay 25% when construction documents are completed. The final 25% will be due when project is built and completed. The price will be based on percentage of construction cost. 4%-7% depending on project size and complexity.

Q: How do you charge for Consultation services?
A: Varies by project. How many meetings are needed? how many site visits are needed? distance of project. We will establish an agreed upon price.

Q: I only need floor plans for my current house or building. Can you do this?
A: Yes. We will need to physically come and take detailed accurate measurements of the existing build then use the gathered information to be CAD drawn. price depends on size, complexity and location of project site.
